The Founders
Passionate about entrepreneurship, manual work, and technology, we founded LaserTeq to address a key challenge: enabling businesses to optimize the lifespan of their equipment and improve their productivity, while reducing their environmental footprint.
Jonathan Rousseau
Over my 10 years of experience in construction, roadworks, and real estate asset management, I have developed great versatility, allowing me to quickly adapt to unforeseen on-site challenges. A trained carpenter-joiner and building design technologist, I also managed my own company specializing in the maintenance of buildings and commercial sites. My experience as a foreman for the City of Montreal also allowed me to hone my management of large-scale operations.
Responsive and pragmatic, I ensure operations management focused on problem-solving and considering the changing priorities of each situation. While ensuring the achievement of overall project objectives, I aim to provide quick, seamless, and context-adapted interventions. Close to my clients, I strive to build win-win partnerships and lasting business relationships.
Guillaume Bruneau
With over 15 years of experience in construction, estimation, and sales, I have learned to navigate with ease between strategy and action on the field. My goal is to transform our clients’ challenges into practical and effective solutions that will facilitate their business activities. Certified by the Association of Estimators and Economists in Construction of Quebec (AEÉCQ), I have collaborated on various large-scale projects in the mining, industrial, and municipal sectors for renowned companies such as STM, Suncor, and the City of Montreal.
Both a perfectionist and practical, I analyze problems in depth to anticipate challenges and propose customized solutions that take into account the specificities of each situation. Whether it’s optimizing on-site operations or planning long-term strategies, I aim to combine immediate efficiency with sustainability.
